Fifth graders were given the challenge to build a model of an oil derrick using 8 marshmallows, 6 linguine, and 16 pieces of spaghetti. Third graders are learning about the moon. In lab this week, craters were made by dropping marbles from different heights. The BH Builders comprised of fourth and fifth graders accepted the First LEGO League’s Nature’s Fury challenge by sponsoring a whole school water and Gatorade drive to assist The Bullard Fire Department in their relief efforts.
