Biology dissections progress learning and conversation

Pre AP Biology students were able to enrich classroom discussions with a hands-on experience in lab. Using fetal pigs, these students had a chance to improve their dissecting skills and knowledge of the anatomy of major body systems.

The Guard Chorale competed in the second round of events at the TAPPS State Vocal contest on Saturday in Waco. Combining the points earned on Saturday by the choir to the first round events last month, the choir placed 3rd overall among all 5A choirs for the year.
