Mr. Glenn Ballard’s theater students presented clever, improvised adaptations of several fairytales to second and third graders at the Lower School. Students enjoyed Little Red Riding Hood, The Gingerbread Man, The Little Red Hen, and The Three Little Pigs.

After reading literature selections, students extended learning by using iPads to practice penmanship and spelling words. Even Prekindergarten students were able to trace numbers and letters. iPads are a great way to engage students in the learning process and offer an alternative to traditional paper and pencil when appropriate.
Mrs. Chesley’s Pre-K class enjoyed getting together one last time with their 5th grade buddies from Mrs. Savage’s class.
