Art students have been learning how to paint digitally for the past couple weeks. Using Photoshop, our Mac Lab, and our Wacom pens and tablets, we’ve combined our creativity with technology to make some beautiful pieces!

Our choir and orchestra students serenaded us on Tuesday night for our annual Spring at the Brook. Our Middle School orchstra kicked off the evening, followed by our Upper School Choirs, and concluded by our Upper School orchestra.   Students performed both classic and modern melodies, making for an entertaining evening!

7th grade Humanities is reviewing grammar concepts by diagramming sentences. Diagramming sentences require a strong understanding of various parts of speech as well as complex sentence structures. The students also enjoy trying to figure out the different patterns each sentence makes!

Kindergartners visited Brookshire’s Wildlife Museum and Park on Tuesday.  While touring the museum, students learned about the animal coverings and were amazed at the size of the animals.  Of course, the biggest attraction was the playground!
