Mr. Loudermilk’s 6th grade class spent Monday in the Museum learning about the history of communication. Computers use special binary languages to translate, store, and communicate date. Using binary code and signal flags, students encoded secret messages just like soldier’s did in the War Between States.

Sixth graders hiked Enchanted Rock and many explored a cave for the first time. Camp activities included archery, a nature hike, soil forensics, weather and Archers Quest. The trip ended with a hike to Hamilton Pool and a Competitive game of Paintball. What a fun week of learning and developing friendships!
