Pancake Breakfast

Instead of the typical Saturday morning brunch, we inaugurated the opening of our new girls’ boarding house with a pancake breakfast! We ate pancakes, sausage, and fruit, hung out, and enjoyed one another’s company in freshly furnished living space. Mr. And Mrs. Albea made over 180 pancakes for our 65 students.
