Pumpkins on Parade was a very successful event at the Lower School Library! We had 45 students create pumpkin characters based on a favorite story character. 5th graders dissected owl pellets this week as part of their study of different ecosystems. At first it seemed gross, but they quickly adjusted and had a great time finding the bones! Mrs Dahn’s first grade class brought the memory verse to life as students acted out God telling Abraham to move and that he would make him into a great nation and bless him.
PreKindergarten and Kindergarten classes recently visited the pumpkin patch at Moore Farms after studying about the characteristics and life cycle of pumpkins. Each student left with their very own pumpkin to take home.
Max Lowery was the guest 5th Grade practice player from The Brook Hill Lower School at Tuesday’s High School Basketball workout. We’re excited about basketball season starting soon!
